Cold Brew Coffee

The latest trend in coffee brewing is the 'Cold Brew' coffee. Cold Brewing is the process of steeping coffee grounds in water at cool temperatures for an extended period. The end product is a brew with lower caffeine, a higher percentage of coffee to water and, some insist, a richer taste compared our usual hot cup of coffee. The process also raises new methods of drinking, allowing the product to be packaged and stored much like a cold beverage. The result is a proliferation of new coffee brands dispensing their product in bottles - and producing some innovative new branding designs too.
